How do you confirm the verse numbers? Was the original written in outline form? This on it's face is so silly. Who enumerates their verses in an original? When you write a letter to Aunt Sally do you always number your verses? Why do some verses have one sentence and others several? Who decides?? The author or the man wanting the numbering scheme to add up a certain way?

That is one shallow bucket of islamic ideas..
