I just made meatloaf and corn casserole so good that I needed to know what everyone else was cooking.
I just made a burrito out of beef, rice, lettuce, cheese, salsa, and a tortilla. Wasn't anywhere near as good as Chipotle but it was edible.

I like sliced chicken filet over salad. So...a couple days ago, I fried up a chicken breast in coconut oil. Put in a little kosher salt, sugar, thyme, sliced it all up and put it over hearts of romaine with a bit of thai peanut dressing.
