Oh, the Y with a circle above it is supposed to be a kid? Yeah, that's up there with the stained glass window of a kid kneeling in front of a priest.

Back in 2008, the Office of Government Commerce, part of the Cabinet Office in charge of Government procurement, unveiled its shiny new £14,000 logo:
