Like min said, this is not the position claimed by most atheists.
This position would be more a strong atheist, also known as gnostic atheist or anti-theist.

The typical atheist will tell you they can't know for certain there's no god, but choose to live life as if there's no god, lacking belief in the existence of any of them.... seeing as most (or all) are indeed man-made.
