Most theists accept biological evolution as well. It's only in the USA and Third World countries where one could reasonably get the impression that the theory of evolution is peculiarly atheist.

They try to explain the origin of the species with it.

If by 'they' you mean the accumulated body of work done in the relevant sciences, they have succeeded in explaining the origin of species.

It is a doctrine I believe of the atheist religion that is racist and promotes social darwinistic public polices.

Neither atheism nor theism have any doctrines. Christian conservatives are more likely to be in favor of social darwinist public policies than are atheists.

Why believe in evolution when it has no proof or evidence.

If you are not convinced of creation it is intellectually honest to maintain an atheistic belief in nothing and not place faith in evolution.

I prersonally believe that evolution belief correlates with Americas social decline and loss of discipline.

Before you seek a cause for a decline, you have to first establish that there is a decline. Society undergoing changes of which you don't approve is not a synonym for decline.

Atheist says they are apes but then you need a vetnarian not a doctor.

I suggest you read a book or two on evolution. Try authors Jerry Coyne and Richard Dawkins. There are many others, as well.
