How much care do you take in how you dress?
|
If I had a life maybe I'd care, but since all I do is run my neck online and obsess over my Gwynnies, it's pretty much down to buying new socks when the old ones sprout holes.
Comfort rules, if it isn't comfortable I won't wear it, I don't care if it looks good.
For work I am expected to wear a suit & tie, as soon as I leave to go home the tie comes off (stupid, pointless garment!), when I get home I change into t-shirt & jeans. I just don't "do" fashion!

I never EVER EVERRRRR dress in anything that isn't jogging pants and comfy t shirt unless I'm trying to impress females, I'm being forced to wear something for work, or forced to wear something at a family event. I think it's pretty funny watching people who do care so much about what they wear that they end up looking retarded, women in high heels, really skinny jeans on men, fucking onesies. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason.
People do take it to a stupid level in order to be hip, but I do think there ought to be standards.

I just dress casually most of the time, I do dress appropriately for certain events. Most of the time I wear blue or black jeans, a t-shirt, a hoodie (depends on weather), and of course my hat.

Very little. I dress to be comfortable. I even got called out for wearing the same shirt on Fridays, a pink shirt because it's Friday.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.
It depends on what I will be doing. For work I like to wear suits and pencil skirts or slacks. For going to dinner with my friends I like to wear nice jeans, nice top, nice shoes, and nice hair. For going to the park I like to wear my sneakers. Going out to a nice bar, maybe a little black dress, or something of the sort.
It's all about the shoes and hair, in my opinion.

Depends on the season, although I primarily wear t-shirts year round and sometimes I'll throw a button down over it if I wanna make myself a little more presentable. Shorts in the summer with my Etnies, D.C.s, or Converses. Jeans in the winter with my Etnies or work boots, plus my zip up hoody.
Edit: Oh and always a hat. I hate not having a hat on. |
