And you can wear clothing and not look like a retard.

Do bodybuilders not wear clothing?!

When I was lifting, I had to buy clothes specially. I looked like a jackass in all the pictures. I'm trying to find one. Looked like I shopped at the baby gap.

RE: Anybody do CrossFit?
A few years ago I had some back/knee problems and moved onto a total gym not quite the one in this video but similar.

I've heard some horror stories about CF, but you can find horror stories about any activity. CF isn't for me, I do work out 5 days a week and really I think if you enjoy doing something you should just do it. whether it's CF, bjj, or fencing.

All i've ever done has been Weightlifting, more specifically i guess you could label me under powerlifting on and off during highschool up until now. I don't quite understand the OP saying he had to buy special cloths. I lift in gym shorts and a T-shirt, which is what most people in my gym lift in.. Even during football most of us just rocked a t-shirt and gym shorts. I did notice that in my particular town those who practiced CF acted like they were some elitists or some shit. To me it looked like a bunch of people doing HIIT without proper form on any of the lifts...

Jogging is sufficient for me, thanks.

I do focus on cardio and abs exercises for my fitness purposes.
In my routine workout I do outdoor cardio i.e running, jogging, cycling, and swimming etc. and push ups, pull ups, and squats. This combination of the exercises is working well for me to maintain a good body shape and improve the fitness level. Now I need no any kind of the exercise.

I've had 7 knee surgeries and one shoulder operation from football, and lifting weights to stay in shape was always hard on me. For some reason CrossFit hasn't been. My knee has never felt better. I lost 15 pounds, got shredded up, and my cardiovascular fitness is through the roof.

I recommend it if you're adventurous and/or insane.

As old as I am...."crossfit"?????

I do my own version of it....
1. I shout at my spouse to bring me another beer, and
2. I lift the can all by myself to drink from it.

That's about it.

Never felt better!!
