RE: Creation
Well if you think the Earth has a dome around it and is flat, it would seem to follow that you think there is an edge to it as well.

.... Seriously?

You do know what the shape of a dome looks like right? It's 1/2 a sphere. Which from the perspective of being on any one point on the planet's surface we would experience 1/2 a sphere (dome) as well.

So tell me again how a dome (1/2) a sphere would have a edge in the sky.

Did you seriously just ask that?

The dome that goes over my cake that I put on my cake stand has a smooth, glass edge. I can touch the edge of it and feel it's curvature.

Don't you know what we mean by "edge"?

EDIT: Okay, okay, hold on. Are you going by the mathematical definition of edge, here? Because I thought it was obvious that they're talking about the surface/structure of this dome, or the edge where the ground meets the dome.

Sure...because in Drippy's asshole opinion a bunch of goat herders from a primitive desert land would have an understanding of advanced math!

Missing the point, but reinforcing that the bible was written by humans from a human perspective, without an objective source of truth.

:face palm:

Since we are talking on a planetary scale Dome= 1/2 sphere. Not a cake dish.

We are currently all experiencing life from with in a dome or 1/2 a sphere. Lest you think it is possible to experience both night and day at the same time. Yet we do not see nor experience the 'edge' unless we have the perspective to understand that day break and dusk is indeed that edge. Which you nor your peers seem to be able to phathom.

The tower of Babel was an early ziggurat or temple tower. The tower had a small temple on top for the patron god. It was not for Jehovah, the Creator, but a god of the builders own choosing. The tower on top was to reach up to heaven. Why? In defiance of Jehovah and to establish their own power and might. As they said, “Let us make us a name lest we be scattered.” Some suggest a certain practical nature of the temple towers i.e. a way to escape a second flood.

Interestingly some see a modern day resemblance:

If it could be proven beyond doubt that God exists...
and that He is the one spoken of in the Bible...
would you repent of your sins and place your faith in Jesus Christ?
