When stupid shit like this surfaces and rears it's ugly head I find myself ashamed to be an American.
I often wonder why, the ACLU, with all it's legal might and clout, doesn't go from State #1 to State #6 that has this archaic bullshit and file whatever needs to be filed in order to have these things removed.
