Wait...so is it that whoever holds the current final post is the winner for the duration of that post being final, or must the post be truly final? After all, someone could necropost the thread if they really wanted to (as someone apparently did; this thread is over four months old). There will never be a winner in the latter case unless posting in the thread no longer counts after a certain time interval has passed. Not that there was ever going to be a winner, anyway.

In the case of the former scoring system, what benefits might one accrue during their brief stint in the spotlight? Big Grin
