I checked the spelling a couple times. Made sure the 'case' was right. Said "Member not found".

Case shouldn't matter. I tried all sorts of combinations. Even whitespace at the beginning and end of the entry is removed, so it can't be something like that. I'm confused.

No. Once a vote is made, the system locks you out.

There shouldn't be a need for people to change their vote if they think about it properly. The only reason I will change votes is because of an error in the script.

No. If you haven't voted in all categories, your votes won't count (and you get an error message).

If you are able to see a form at http://atheistforums.org/awards.php instead of an error message, your votes haven't been recorded. Once you vote successfully, you will get a message every time you try to access "awards.php" that tells you you have already voted this year.
