@OP,
You might be less susceptible to the Chopra type woo bullshit if you had a basic understanding of how magnetic fields work. Chopra and his ilk's conctant invocation of vibration is meaningless pseudoscientific drivel meant to impress and ensnare the ignorance of the simple minded. I recommend a basic course in physics. The use of heart and soul in your diagram suggest you could also use a basic biology course.
Self is the part of the mind that is capable of asking "what is self?"
