It's less ethnocentric (in theory, perhaps not in practice) than judaism, sure. I'd say about on par with christianity though, as both are inclusivist with regards to who may have or who may accrue the supposed benefits of the faith.

Well it is strange why so many people of all stripes worship other people's racist ethnocentric deities.
