As a former baptist, I can tell you that the majority of christian women, most certainly did know "that one", all too well. The christian men in our lives, not only made sure of it, but used it as an excuse to dominate.

I can't recall any such story but the closest one is probably Esau, who refused to marry his relatives but married foreign women instead. God is still pissed at him for that.
