Many years ago, my ex and I used to explore lava tubes down in the central Oregon area. One time, we camped out on a sandy cave floor almost a mile from the entrance. It was super spooky to wake up in the pitch black, having *no* idea what time it was, whether it was day or night... you get the idea. Neither of us slept real well.

I did that once in Santa Cruz. There is a cave that goes by many names (Beelzebub's Bunghole being the one my buddies and I used). Once I'd made arrangements to explore this one again with a friend on a Saturday and also had an invite to a party on the UC campus the Friday night before. Suffice to say I didn't get lucky enough to have another alternative so I spent the night in the cave. In one of the larger rooms there was a raised platform just large enough to sit up in, but off to the side of anyone's conceivable pathway. Slept just fine. Wouldn't do it now for multiple reasons.

I've seen it and like it.

Not keen on Saturday Night Fever, though.

Ditto.

Hated Travolta's character in SNF.

Isn't this considered 'hate speech'?

Is it hate speech to avoid creationist websites?

"The greatest deception men suffer is from their own opinions" - Leonardo da Vinci

"I think I use the term “radical” rather loosely, just for emphasis. If you describe yourself as “atheist,” some people will say, “Don’t you mean ‘agnostic’?” I have to reply that I really do mean atheist, I really do not believe that there is a god; in fact, I am convinced that there is not a god (a subtle difference). I see not a shred of evidence to suggest that there is one ... etc., etc. It’s easier to say that I am a radical atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it’s an opinion I hold seriously." - Douglas Adams (and I echo the sentiment)

That question alone could be considered persecution in some circles Wink Shades
