Dude, that game is not about graphics... it is about futility, and making hard choices. Every game is a unique story.

AMAZING graphics!!!!
Amazing for 1980.
You kids don't know how good you have it.
P.S. your screenshot is not from the 2600 version. It was much, much worse.

Indeed. If a city is labeled "Detroit", let it die, man.

There's no town like the ruins of Motown.
Of course... if you just let your cities die willy nilly, your quarter stash will evaporate utterly.
Those last two cities get super emotional.

When I played with you lot before I was so confused by playing on a PC and being new to LoL that I may as well have been on shrooms. You and Rhythm were trying to help but I think putting me down would have been more merciful.

Ideally I don't want to go back to console. If I did it makes sense to go to Xbox where I already know people. Personally I'd prefer PS4 but if I'm sacrificing quality for community I may as well go where I already have some familiar faces.

I like being able to solo, but it can get boring without people to group together. The problem with a game that's mostly soloable, though, is that not many people are looking for parties.
It's similar on BF4 and ARMA. You spend 30mins or an hour playing alongside people then never see them again. I find it odd that more and more games are made for multiplayer but everyone just plays alone.

Speaking from the other side, I hate socializing on MMOs. I used to play WoW years ago, and I hated when someone tried to form a relationship. I didn't even like talking to people in my guild for the most part, there's a few people that were cool, but otherwise I just wanna be left alone. And its not to say I wouldn't participate in end game content, or help the guild out. But I just wanted to help out, and not be talked to, lemme do my part silently.
Although to be fair, some of the anti-social attitude comes from my hatred of typing while playing a game. You can't do as much when you gotta stop your character every 15 seconds to write out a response. I'm playing a game to play a game, I don't want to have a meaningless discussion about what kind of sauce I like on my spaghetti. I'd rather talk anyways, so I was a little bit more lively on Vent, plus I can talk and have both hands free to play.

I'm the same on games I'm new to or that require typing. I'll join in when I'm not busy and thank my teammates. I really prefer audio communication.

I once bought a mic in the hopes that I could talk to people, instead of typing, but I never got it to work. I'd love to be able to talk to my team instead of stopping and typing.
