Yes. It seems to me that there must be some kind of imbalance intrinstic to the universe in order for it to exist, in the form of paradox and ambiguity-- basically "X is the inverse of infinite regress." For example, the universe could not arise out of nothingness-- until, it turns out, there's a "nothingness" that is really the must fully pregnant productive stuff that one could imagine. I wouldn't use that idea to support Biblical Christianity, but "that which is logically impossible but exists, and which makes all other things possible" seems to be reality, even for scientists.
