What does these mean: tista, hlejt, jista, jigi, uzat?

Tista = you can
Hlejt = wasted
Jista = it/he can
Jigi = it/he becomes
Uzat = become used

Well what do us Maltese think about Libyans..kind of a vast question but I'll try my best. Us Maltese in general don't really like people from upper Africa due to the large amount of refugees that come to our island (we have no problem with a few hundreds, but lately thousands of poor refugees have come into our country in seek of shelter). Given that Libya was involved in some serious rioting some time ago we are actually quite scared of that place to be honest. Very few Maltese actually visit Libya. On a personal level I have no problem with Libyans as they are people just like me Smile

Hold your nose. Smile

If you're having trouble making it out of Genesis you might just want to quit while you're ahead. Or just skip around from book to book or chapter to chapter and see if there's anything that grabs your interest. The book of Job might be pretty good for at least the first few chapters, and the book of Revelations can be interesting if you're high on something.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

As for finding Ehrman's stuff, could you order it online?

I don't know how to do that (I don't have a debit card, and won't the customs check it).

I'm not up to speed on Libyan customs, so I don't know. Have you already started on the Bible?

I read at least 60 chapters in English and few of those in Arabic (and other languages even though I didn't understand much, I'm a language "geek") Big Grin.

I think I gave many hints on my identity by now.
Or am I just paranoid. Thinking

Wine is illegal. Why is everyone always suggesting alcohol.

Sound advice. Uppers might help to keep from nodding off. Then add a pound of salt to keep from being taken in.
