I will agree with Drippy to the point where had Taylor shot the cop he would have been indicted within 6 hours..... had they bothered to take him alive. But when it is a cop that does the shooting the investigation seems to drag on for months.

They aren't by American standards though. African-americans have a higher poverty rate, get longer sentences than white people for the same crime and are more likely to be searched or arrested if stopped by the police, among other things.

We are usually pretty lenient about insulting language, particularly with members who have shown that they are capable of reasonable discourse.

However, there have been insults thrown about in this thread that go beyond what we're willing to overlook, in particular extremely vulgar insults aimed at one member's spouse (who also happens to be an inactive member).
