The tuna salad here: Frisse slasoorten, tonijn, rode ui, sperzieboontjes, maïs, ei, olijven, cherrytomaatjes en een 1000-Island dressing. So lattuce, tuna, red onion, French beans, mais, egg, olives, cherry tomatoes, and 1000 island dressing.

It's not that they're bad for you it's just when you combine a lot of high calorie/fat foods that the sum total can not be healthy even if individually it is.

Last I checked there's no tuna salad in and McDs I've been to. Then again, I hear McD's in other countries tend to be waaayyyy better.

A little mundane activity I enjoy is getting a BigMac once in awhile.

I think that's good for me.

For the first time, yesterday, I had a couple of KFC's chicken fillet burgers and I must say, they were really nice. Even though they were a bit cold as I had to wait for the Kerrang Live Tour to start so I could see my daughter safely in before I could eat them Dodgy

Normally I go for Burger King.

Well that is a matter of opinion of course, my favorite fast food chain is in the UK called Wimpy's. They used to have them in Holland but they closed all their franchises here leaving us at the mercy of those yellow arches. Until BK came along about a decade ago.

I like Burger King the best for my classic burger outings because they understand what they are- a burger joint. They aren't trying to be healthy and cure obesity, they're trying to deliver delicious burgers at reasonable prices. Most of the time their burgers are much more well made than McDonald's, too.

Yeah Wimpy's were great. McD's in France seems quite different, besides the alchohol - but then Le'Quick Smile seems better.

I enjoy fast food, and eat it too much. It's just so goddamn convenient. Sodium content aside, the burgers aren't all that terrible for you IMO. It's when they give you a bucket of Cola and oil-soaked fries that you start fucking up your daily values.
