Steve, for starters, I'm glad you're safe. I won't say I'm glad you're okay, because I think you need to be getting some help. It is crucial right now, more than ever and I don't think going through this alone is helping. I know you hurt and I know it sucks, but if the last twenty or so pages hasn't shown you the outpouring of love people have for you, then nothing will. You have support. You have people who care about what happens to you and who are genuinely concerned for your safety and wellbeing. Allow yourself to grieve but also allow yourself to talk to a therapist who can give you coping skills so that the next time you start feeling like this, you can handle it.

Please get better. Sam would not want to see you this way. Get some professional help and if you can't do it for yourself, do it for Sam. Know that you are loved here and you gave us quite a scare. And please, check in with someone here so that we know how you're doing.

Well, I'm standing in Michelle's at the moment, from where I was kicked out this afternoon. One minute I'm in my flat fast asleep on vodka, suddenly there's the crashing of my front door getting smashed in and police flashlights in my eyes. Long story short, I had a huge ass chat with the three officers attending and they were very understanding. They phoned Michelle to tell her I'm okay and find out if she could be with me or me go there. Upshot is I'm okay, as in physically. Emotionally I'm still just numb. I want to apologise to everyone for all the drama I caused and thank you all for going to so much trouble for stupid old me.
