Everyone is just so bossy to me. I have to do something to distract myself from the fact that I'm in a hospital. I hate hospitals.

I'm ambivalent about hospitals, though it did get very boring when I spent four-or-five days in one a few years ago after I passed out a few times. Shoulda brought my Kindle.

Hope you get better soon, and that you are a bit less reticent about calling for an ambulance in the future.

I've had a really high fever for several days but I hate hospitals and I can't go to a clinic right now. I won't go to a hospital unless it's life or death. So even the stabbing pain so severe that I vomited just from how bad it hurt didn't convince me.
When a girl tried to make me lie down though, yesterday? I'm pretty sure it was yesterday, she pushed on me and that pain again and I vomited blood all over her. It was gross. So fast forward through I don't know how many more hours of stubbornness I finally called an ambulance because now bending forward also hurt.
I vomited blood on an EMT as he was trying to help me. He refused to accept my apologies because according to him I had no business apologizing for something that wasn't my fault. I felt so weak and dizzy. They gave me another shot with more fever reducer and supposed pain meds which didn't really help. They cut off my tshirt. Even though I offered to take it off myself. (Actually the with my blood puke on him gave me a dodgy face and said he didn't want to see me try) I begged them not to press on my stomach but they talked so sweetly to me. Saying they wouldn't really press they just needed to see how things felt inside. One press was the worst pain of my life for like 2 seconds and everything went black.
I felt annoyed. So annoyed. Bad smell. What's going on? Opened my eyes. •there you are sweet girl. How do you feel?•
"stupid question"
•can you tell me on a scale from one to ten honey•
"which number means like shit?"
• (chuckle) I need to spray this in the back of your throat sweet girl, it might make you gag a little but just for a second•
"whatever"
She sprays some stuff in my throat. Throat feels really weird now. I realize I have an IV as she puts some medicine into my IV
•this is a sedative nothing to worry about. Might make you a bit sleepy•
Doctor comes in. I feel so heavy. Like all of me is heavy. I weigh at least 3,000 lbs. I wonder how heavy that is in kilos.
•I am going to stick this long tube down your throat and into your stomach, Stephanie. Do you understand?•
"gibberish"
•There is a camera blah blah blah.......•
Everything goes black
;( ;( I wake up instantly crying terrified "Where am I!? My babies! I need my babies! Where am I!?"(Read as gobbledygook and gibberish)
•shhhh it's okay. More pain meds. You're alright sweet girl•
Everything goes black again.
I wake up terrified and crying again "Where am I!? My babies! I need my babies! Where am I!? My babies, please I have babies. 3 babies. Please. Please"
•your babies are just fine. Everything is ok. We are going to go back to the OR now okay?•
"why? I want to go home. I hate hospitals."
•I want you to go home too, so let's get you well•
Another room. Or is it the same room? I can't tell. Feels like we already did all this once. The throat spraying and the IV noticing and the meds giving....?
The doctor tells me about stopping the bleeding of something and that it's the same except medicine goes in with a camera. I have no idea what he means. He starts telling me about this pretty girl he met. Or was that a dream. Everything goes black.
"Where am I!? My babies! I need my babies! Where am I!?" (Read as gobbledygook and gibberish again)
•shhhh it's okay. The doctor will be here to talk to in a few hours. I don't want you to talk. Only whisper and only if you really have to.
"no I have to text *****"
•***** will wait and he will be so happy you listened to what was best for your health.•
"fucking ridiculous, he's happy if I'm happy. I'm happy if I text him. Where's my phone?"
•I'm going to give you some medicine to help you rest. I don't want you to fight it. You need to relax so you can get better•
"Fucking nurse"
Everything goes black again.
•wake up dear, I want you to eat some jello before the doctor comes okay?•
"I will consider eating if I can text *****"
• |-( I will give you your phone if you promise to stop talking until the doctor says•
"Fine"

The doctor was supposed to talk to me 3 hours ago but hasn't been in yet. According to a friend of a friend who called the hospital this morning I have an ulcer and a really bad kidney infection.

So yea. I feel funny and my throat hurts worse that when I got my tonsils removed about 4 years ago. Super sleepy, but otherwise fine. I will try to post more so you guys won't miss me too much.

Sorry to hear you're going through such a tough time. Hoping you have a speedy recovery.

BTW, try to trust your docs & nurses. I know that they're just people who can get things wrong sometimes but as far as people go, those in the medical profession tend to be conscientious, dedicated, and hard-working. Be confident that they'll see you right.

I honestly don't distrust them. I have a history of needing to hide the cause of injuries at hospitals so they just give me this terrible feeling of angst.

I doubt it, but I know some bossy people who will probably be pushier in the future.

Well the ulcer is still bleeding into my stomach and my fever is still up. So I'm not really sure
