Okay, WOW. I did not realize what this had turned into. Let me make myself perfectly clear and then I'll duck out of this thread and this discussion:

I was NOT trying to formally diagnose anyone with a mental disorder. That's just silly. It was a mean-spirited, snotty comment borne out of annoyance and exasperation. I shouldn't have said it. Sometimes I stop seeing certain people as people around here when their behavior becomes SO predictable and robotic. Usually, that only applies to house theists and obvious trolls, but EP has edged his way into that category for me recently. That's no excuse of course, because EP is most certainly a person despite his head-scratching conduct. It was an immature thing to have said, and I'm sorry.

I sincerely hope for everyone's sanity and for EP himself, that he learns from his mandatory vacation and returns to us a changed man.

The thing about online interactions is not that people are "fake" per se, it's that you only see a certain number of facets of their personality. Y'all don't see even a small portion of the things I go through on a daily basis, good or bad. You don't see me rising to challenges or falling prey to insecurities, or my daily struggles or hidden pleasures. You see only what I put here, which can range from snarky opinion to vapid sexual pictures. I'm all that, but also so much more.

And so is everyone else, including the goddamn trolls, annoying as they are.
