There's a bug in the system wherein we sometimes see CloudFlare IP addresses, which are not the true IP of the person. Some posts still come through with their true IP, and we have to just happen to check the IP for that post, and that's what eventually happened.

In this case it involved a bit of detective work in admin CP. They would have likely been caught eventually regardless. Sooner or later someone will catch on by posting style, etc and then it's just a matter of time.
