Well there are tribes in the Amazon with non-god like beliefs and most other gods invented throughout history are unlike the Abrahamic god so I think you can say that the Abrahamic god is only relevant to the people who have been infected by contact but superstition is universal.

Well trying to twist the religion to fit a theory is something I never do. My interpretations & word meanings are so similar -if not identical- to many Sunni interpreters.
If science & Islam don't fit each other , I'll be an atheist tomorrow. But to each his believe ; you see.
So the universe is expanding just like god said in the Quran (without any tricks to twist an old verse to match that), why would I deny such a fact ?

Yes, he was technically an atheist, though he and his buddies killed in the name of communism and control, not in the name of atheism.

And I will make a change in my terminology and apologise for that terminology. Replace "Muslims" with "Islamists" - which I will do from now on.
There have been reports from Sydney, my home town, of people in Muslim/Islamist garb knocking on peoples' doors in some suburbs asking if there are any members of the military living there.
This came out after the ISIS extremist group called for the murders of people in various countries, including Australia, and after our security services broke up a plot to murder random Australians on our streets. My brother's in the army, so if these door knockers truly were extremists prepared to carry out the attacks then families of people in the services are probably wise to lock their doors.
Don't try to tell me what I'll believe. You're not qualified to do so.
My statement on the default position comes from observations. No child/person I have ever spoken to about it has said "yes, I believed in a god before I ever encountered the god concept"
