You can rape a virgin and pay what amounts to a marriage fee. You can rape someone if you kill everyone who knows and cares about her first, and kidnap her as part of your spoils of war. And if you want an exclusively evolutionary argument why rape is wrong, I can give you that too: the mother of your child is more likely to allow it to develop and survive to childbirth, plus nurture it in an environment that better equips it to survive in the world, if the child was conceived as a part of a consensual, loving relationship. It's the reason why parent couples are so common in our evolved child rearing strategy.
