HUH?

Obamacare has been a Godsend to me. Before Obamacare, we got reamed every year by skyrocketing health insurance company premiums. I had to cut and cut on the plans to afford them. Our plan became a joke after a few years with a $5,000 deductible. Finally, with nothing more to cut back on with the plans, I had to go to my employees and tell them they needed to pay 25% of the cost of their coverage out of their paychecks. Some signed on and some didn't.

After Obamacare, I started receiving refund checks from the insurance companies. They're now only allowed to make so much profit and the rest must be spent on care. They'd been gouging me all these years.

I now offer a plan with a $1,500 deductible, all 100% paid for by the company and I save money to boot.

But it's a disaster you say? I'll have to take your word for it.

Quote:its suddenly the republicans plan. You lefties are a bunch of liars.

HUH?

It's not "suddenly". You think liberals ever liked this plan? You think we didn't want Medicare-For-All and still do? Why do you think we got so demoralized in 2010, allowing the GOP victory?

Do you deny any of what I've said. Here, see for yourself.

Quote:Obamacare isn't socialism....I never said it was.....its corporatism.

OMG! You just had a "twice a day" moment (when even a broken clock is right).

Quote:Universal Health Care coverage,
Doesn't exist under Obamacare.

Quote:amnesty for illegal aliens,
A path to citizenship.

EDIT: But he's not reluctant to deport either.

Quote:huge government "stimulus" projects,
Which prevented the second great depression and started the economy moving again. Too bad it was weighed down by worthless tax cuts as a compromise that the GOP never even accepted.

Liberals wanted a pure infrastructure stimulus, and one much bigger than what Obama offered.

Quote:are all part of the extreme left wing platform that Obama and his cohorts have embraced.
Wow. You have no idea what liberal even is, never mind "extreme left wing". Your head would explode if you ever saw a liberal president elected in America (or traveled to any other 1st world nation).

Quote:The nation doesn't like it...hence the reason why republicans control most of government.

About 35% of eligible voters actually showed during the election. This was the lowest voter turnout in 72 years.

New York Tiimes Wrote:Over all, the national turnout was 36.3 percent; only the 1942 federal election had a lower participation rate at 33.9 percent. The reasons are apathy, anger and frustration at the relentlessly negative tone of the campaigns.

The nation didn't vote. Hence the reason why Republicans control most of the government.

Sorry sonnyboy.....its not 100% paid for by the company. If you are "saving money" its because the costs of health care insurance(which continue to rise) are born by somebody else.

Obamacare was a big gift to businesses like you at the expense of tax payers like me. Don't you find it hypocritical that you're against government handouts to businesses.....except when your business gets one?
