No pardons at my house.

Just a vat of salty, jalepeno-y, lemony brine to soak in for a day.

DEATH TO TURKEYS!!!

Sounds lovely. Ours is in lemon, salt, rosemary and bay. But we do a curry brine for small turkeys at other times of year.

The only way to do a turkey. Brining is the best thing that ever happened to Thanksgiving.

My brine smells like something out of a southern Louisiana port-a-john. But it produces a turkey with white meat that is so juicy and flavorful, you would think it was already drenched in gravy.

No pardons here. Whole breast in the fridge, marinating for tomorrow, and a second whole victim in the freezer for later.

The only good turkey is a roast turkey.

Try one coated in peanut butter, deep fried in peanut oil. Change your life.

I've had deep fried turkey, it's good stuff, as is smoked.

Is it dinnertime yet? Hungry
