I just spend an hour...

RE: I just spend an hour...
I seen that video and even the comment section it amazes me. I mean if you don't believe in god they take issue with it and when you publicly show it on a billboard they call oppression when oppress everyone
by throwing jesus around like cheap dollar store toy.

From The First Link, The Person Writing Every Word With A Capital Letter Intrigues Me.

But, it is good to know that there are some people agreeing with the boards.

Just wondering, are there any boards along the road with religious messages? If so how is that any worse than this in their eyes?

Argueing with someone on the YouTube comments is like wrestling in feces. Actually, it's halfway between actually wrestling in feces, and something that is like wrestling in feces but not actually wrestling in feces.

Hi Aisha,
I live in Wisconsin in the USA. We are pretty low key about religion here. We usually regard it or the lack thereof as a personal matter. (now don't all move here at one time! You'll unbalance the state! and it will slide into Lake Michigan!) Hehe So, not much proselytizing going on.

But God billboards? Yup, got plenty of them. You will see at least half a dozen on a hundred mile trip. Sometimes low-key, sometimes Christ on a stick. Crucified Annoying, but probably good for the outdoor advertising biz. It would be nice to see an atheist one, but I don't expect one. And why should we waste the money? We have better things to spend it on. Hopefully, the godly ones will leave some distaste in the minds of passersby anyway.

I enjoy seeing the atheist ones vicariously online and in news stories. I always laugh and laugh at the Faux News coverage of such "outrages".

This kinda makes me want to go poe some of those comment sections. I want to act Christian, and see if I can say something more fucktarded than the actual Christians. My guess is that's impossible. Smile

There are a lot of religious billboards in the south. When my husband and I drove down to see his sister in Georgia, we passed a sign proclaiming that Jesus Saves that was a few feet away from a billboard for an adult bookstore.

The southern US is a very strange place
