What I'm hearing is, "Wouldn't it be great if we could not think about things and just experience..."
Sure, it would be great, but as far as I see it's impossible. Our brain is a filter that everything goes to be processed before we learn anything. We have other knee-jerk reactions for safety like our spine telling us to stop touching the hot surface of course, but I don't think this is the sort of thing you can do for long periods and achieve anything. Even if you did, you'd have to think about what you learned, or think about how to apply your revelations.
Even subconscious thinking is thinking. I guess you can try and limit conscious thought, but that's really just meditation/introspection. Which is a good thing to do.
If I'm missing something here, I'm happy to be corrected

No I'm pretty sure the point of the post was to lull the bull to sleep rather than address the horns.

How God lifted a rock that was so heavy even God couldn't lift it.
Next, God will create a burrito so hot that even God can't eat it (thanks to a Potion of Fire Resistance, It can).

Thinking is a tool for the practical things of life like fixing a toilet or making spaghetti. It creates all kinds of problems when we use it to define people.
An example would be looking at the definition of a "rose" in a dictionary. It gives me an "idea" of a rose, but I don't know a rose until I have seen it in the garden, smelled it, touched it and felt it. Even then, I don't know a rose in its "isness." Much more so when I identify a person as "Christian" or "Athiest," "Gay" or "Straight."
Right now as you read this, you have formed an opinion of who I am, what I am like and so forth. But actually, all you are experiencing are these words on your monitor/phone/tablet. They are not me anymore than your posts are you. However, we use them to form a concept/idea of a person and then, usually as a result of past experience/conditioning, form a judgement about him/her as "friend or foe," "threat or safe." Dualism always pops up as the adversary...which was the original meaning of the word "Satan."

I'm afraid that kind of quasi-mystic vaguely-Aquinas-sounding word salad of "isness" and "duality" doesn't make a lick of sense to me, especially when you toss in the crap about Satan. Unless you're actively trying to undermine the law of non-contradiction, I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to say or what point you're trying to make.
Obviously labels don't describe every facet of every possible characteristic of a person, nobody is claiming that they do. But labels are shortcuts that help us address certain ideas and people and opinions without having to start from scratch at the beginning of every sentence of every conversation.
And again, I'm baffled by your first two sentences. What other possible tool is there for investigating anything, outside of "thinking"?

Bafflement is good! Hold onto it and taste it for a while.
"Everything has a crack in it, that's how the light gets in." If you could ask Newton about his "law" of gravity he would agree. The same goes for dogma, or belief systems of any sort that are based on words and ideas.
Even Atheists have dogmas. I have seen them listed in this forum.
They see the cracks in Christian dogma but don't see it in their own. We are all in the same boat!
Thinking never gets us where we want to be. It only takes us a little further along the journey and we complain like two-year-olds in the backseat saying, "Are we there yet?" And someone has to burst their bubble and say, "No, not yet...now eat your Dairy Queen."
Jesus still calls Peter to come out of the boat, where there is some notion of safety, and do the impossible thing of walking on the water. Get out of the boat of thinking...you won't sink!
