I can only think of one kind of situation in which someone totally healthy would ask for medical help in killing themselves, and that is when anticipating a health problem in the future. E.g. if someone knew a famine were coming, or for any other reason they were going to starve, or if they were going to be imprisoned and develop a depressive or anxiety disorder as a result. I'd have no problem with that as long as they were correct about those things and there was no alternative that they hadn't considered and understood. Was there another kind of scenario you were thinking of?
