RE: MayPac
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little upset at how that fight went down.

At least we've got highlights of the fight to make it look less boring.

Even watching the highlights, all I can remember is all the hugging.

And running...

I actually get a little annoyed when people complain about it. Especially people like Freddie Roach:

I mean, sour grapes much? Everyone knew how Mayweather was going to fight. If he's too good at 'hugging' and too good at 'running away', then your own fighter wasn't good enough on the inside, and he wasn't good enough cutting the ring off and closing range. Simple as that. I used to be a big fan of Roach, but even leading into this fight I thought he was starting to sound deluded by saying things like "Floyd doesn't move like he used to". After this fight in particular, instead of people being angry with Mayweather, for doing what he always does, I'd really like people to start looking at the other guy for once for not doing enough. Freddie Roach was a giant fucking let down. He gave Manny cautious tactics and he convinced him post-fight that he somehow won the fight, making both of them look like clowns. Makes me laugh at all the criticism that the interviewer got when he interviewed Manny after the fight. I actually thought his interview was spot on. I couldn't believe it when Manny said he thought he won. So the interviewer simply said "why", but he gets bashed for it? WTF.

Boxing these days is fucked. And it ain't because of fighters like Mayweather making it "boring". It's because fighters nowadays don't seem to have the class to actually make a fucking game-plan, or adapt mid-fight like fighters in the past would. The result is you get people who never normally watch boxing, turning up to see a fight like this, all of a sudden they're experts and start saying Floyd's a bum.

Makes me mad as shit tbh.

I fully agree that Mayweather won, and that Manny wasn't at his best. I guess the main reason why I am upset is because I wanted more action. But hey, at least I didn't pay for it.

I would have been a little pissed if I payed for it.
