So I have been applying with different medical organizations. I came across this yesterday. I wonder what you guys think. Especially the "Our Mission" section. This is the first step to applying online with Portland Adventist Medical Center. This is before you can even fill out an application, for any position.

- Consumer Report Authorization and Disclosure - Through these documents you authorize Adventist Medical Center to conduct a background check. (We do not check your credit history.)
- Application Summary - This screen provides you with a review of the position and the information you provided.
- Demographic Survey (voluntary) - This information helps us understand if we are attracting a mix of applicants that represents our local population.
