I'm less concerned with the US-centric video itself than with the blatantly insular url name. "london-voting"? I wish someone had told me before I went to put my little cross.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Well, I was just consulting my map of the UK and London does seem to be the most important bit:
