I'm happy with them.

BTW, I'm sorry, but I read all of your posts in Steve Carell's voice in my head, which makes everything you post inadvertently funny.  I can't help it....
Do people read my posts in NPH's voice? lol

THAT was really bugging the hell out of me. I did not realize that was NPH until you just said so.

I read your posts in the voice of Shelly Long as Diane Chambers, FTR.

Seriously??  ROFL.
Great, I'm the most annoying character on the cast of Cheers.  I asked my husband, and he said....yep, I sound a bit like Dianne Chambers IRL as well.  Great, just great!  Dodgy   lol

I never even noticed them!

Never underestimate the power of very stupid people in large groups

RE: Social media buttons
I like them. And they might drive more traffic to the site.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I highly doubt that.

Apparently I sound like Arnold Judas Rimmer.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

I don't like the buttons either. And it takes them a few seconds to pop, which is distracting.

I went back and read it in the voice of Shelly Duvall as Olive Oyl.  Tongue

As far as the buttons go, on the one hand I like them, on the other hand I dislike their placement, on the other other hand, I like that they annoy Napo.  Is that wrong?

Well from the look of the poll it's not just me that they annoy. Dodgy

RE: Social media buttons
Mixed feelings.

Twitter and Facebook are the realms of the masses. It's where you discuss Kim Kardashian's latest shoes - not anything that matters to anyone with a functioning brain.

That said, we (or at least some of us) hope to influence the masses.

It leaves a bad taste in my mouth but I suppose it serves a purpose. It would be nice to be able to turn it off but it's not obnoxious enough to get on my nerves. The chat room thing bothered me more until I found I could turn it off.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
