So apparently Dr. James David Manning doesn't think you can legislate sodomy, marriage, or demons, the only way to handle those things is with the holy ghost, somebody might want to link him to a middle school US civics lesson because last time I checked the holy ghost is not a step in our law making process.  I also wonder what he's going to do when the US Supreme court rules on gay marriage.  Also I think this is the first time I've seen a fundie try to  tap dance around the gay issue of just straight up saying they don't like homosexuals because of God.

^One would have to have proof of the existence of such things and god being one of them. god couldn't exist because if one did and if its a god that does shit
we would be able to detect such a presence and even then we would notice some laws of physics being broken. So even demons angels etc won't exist either

You are wrong.  Legislators can pass any laws they want.  They can say any nonsensical bullshit they want.  They can make it illegal for demons to cross streets if they want to do so.  The nonexistence of demons has nothing to do with this.  Legislators can write any fucking laws they want.

As for Spooky's idea that "psychotic people like that don't actually write laws," you, unfortunately, are also wrong.  If you are in the U.S., look at your money.  It has printed on it that we trust an imaginary being.  But then, I know you are just joking anyway, and am including this for anyone who might take your comment seriously.
