After browsing through that article I can tell as some one who is fiscally conservative and socially liberal that article is crap. She doesn't understand the difference between fiscal conservatism and social conservatism. If she did she would know that the war are drugs is not fiscal conservatism and a extreme fiscal conservative would legalize and deregulate the sale of drugs. The same is true of the private prisons, a fiscal conservative would want a system that would actively attempt to lower costs in the future and not allow themselves into a monopoly situation like that.
