Website showing as offline?

I just had http://www.atheistforums.org show as offline for a moment.  It said something about being able to view a cached copy of the site, but stated "offline".

Is it just my crappy internet?

It did glitch a couple of times for me in the last few days also.
Clear your browser cache out just in case.
