RE: Dad sues ‘Thank God for Dead Soldiers’ church
Personally I think there should be some sort of mental health legislation that should pick up people like this because they are clearly ill and in need of treatment.

That depends on the type of interference a small government chooses to instigate. You can have a small government that still enforces censorship.

And is it not a form of censorship to regulate speech to a certain area (or away from an area)?

Human slaves aren't... human...? Humans have throughout history had areas lacking in the 'freeness' o their speech... are you telling me they weren't humans?

I'm not saying they weren't human at all, they had their rights infringed in many horrible ways, they were still human but they lost some of the parts that made them human, namely their 'voice'.

They were oppressed and had some of the Freedoms we take for granted taken away, in my opinion they lost their humanity and became nothing more than Androids but they were still biologically human.

I don't think they lost anything that makes them human. Having a voice is a 'bonus' as I see it... a vital bonus for individuality... but a bonus nonetheless for humanity. We could just as easily function as a 'hive'.

Why should there be any more required than one be human to be a part of humanity?

To be human is to be free, it is to be able to express oneself through the arts, through the public arena, through science and mathematics etc...

We use these things as a voice, slaves do not have the right to express themselves through these media, through their voice, that is why I said they were not human.

We may easily be able to function as a hive but we do not, because we are not a hive animal, we are human.

Weird... here i thought that was to be an unrestricted person. A human is just any species belonging to the genus Homos so far as I can tell...

Not possessing the "right" does not necessarily mean one cannot. They are plenty human, they are even people... they are just restricted people :S

The implementation of churches are some similar facilities can often reflect 'hive (or 'herd') behavior' as one might expect from a collective consciousness?
