So, if anyone's interested, I decided to enroll to a home university and go in Austria for a year for me to intensively learn the language, then I'll try and get in an university from either Germany or Austria. This first year enrolled home I'll study from abroad, without frequenting the lessons, that is, and it's so I can have something to show to where I desire to apply in one year from now.
