Hate to offer help as I've never (despite almost everything else) had a problem with ciggies, but I've noted some of my friends have found multiple simultaneous approaches to be helpful.
Like acupuncture combined with the patch, for instance. I'd be a little leery of that pill will the the bad side effects.
Also, as my friend 'John' noted, REPEATING the grievous torture of quitting over 5, 10 or 25 attempts is REALLY MASSIVELY FUCKING STOOOOPID.
And that buggery idea is still on the table . . .

I actually quit smoking weed months ago. Vape or edibles only now. Mostly edibles.
I realized the other night when, despite being sick and shit, that nicotine had me by the balls and that I was smoking despite finding it thoroughly disgusting and painful at the moment.
If I'm gonna give it up while I'm sick, I may as well give it up for good.
