Scientists create a clone of Ripley in order to get at the alien growing inside her.
Am I the only one that this makes no sense to. Surely if she is a clone then they have to put the alien inside her in the first place. And if they do that then why bother to clone 'her' and not just use, say, a prisoner or someone else.
