When I can't sleep I just hop out if bed and watch tv.
Then I eventually anxiously look at the clock and tell myself I have to go to sleep soon.
So I go back to bed and after a while I start to get pissed off.
Then I start to think about negative shit.
Maybe eat some food even though I'm not hungry, look at the clock again, start working out how many hours I'd have if I went to sleep in ten minutes.
Go crazy when I'm not asleep exactly ten minutes later.
Lose rationality. Go on the Internet and say something stupid.
Think about that stupid thing I said, on reverb, until half an hour before the alarm when I suddenly feel reeeeaaaaallly tired.
So I go to actual sleep and wake up ten times, once a minute for the ten minutes before the alarm goes off.
That's what I do. :-)
