I can't sleep





I hate not sleeping because it makes me lose my grip again. Bahh probably tmi but whatever.

What do you guys do when you can't sleep?

I generally grab the sleeping bag and go outside (weather permitting). I don't often have trouble sleeping but when I do, I find that
looking at stars while listening to the night critters and distant traffic helps me drop off.
