I've seen Let's Plays of it. It's a good game, though you probably shouldn't pick it up if you're unfamiliar with South Park. If you know what you're getting into, the worst parts won't be so shocking.

Actually for me it was hilarious, despite not having watched south park prior to playing it. Though those keyboard mashing segments were pretty hard.
