It may be that science is closing in on the natural reasons for homosexuality. If that be the case then the xtians will have to contend that "God" makes homosexuals. Right? This would be a big nail in the coffin because then it would show that the bible was made by goatherders that where interested in having lots of babies not a god. Maybe that is why they fight this whole thing.

So they are all pissed because gay marriage is legal and they want a bill passed called the religious freedom bill, so that no gay couple can marry...
Let me get this straight a straight couple after a few years start to absolutely hate and despise one another can get a divorce even though the bible is against it and they can remarry some fucking hypocrites they are. 

This just in christians hate marriage equality, this just in christians feel persecuted, this just in christians crying  foul over everything. If they would just grow the fuck up maybe just maybe they would get some fucking respect and maybe the US would stop being a laughing stock to the rest of the world because this is what we look like to other countries.

If people are in favor of religious freedom the they should be OK with brother/sister marriages as well as parent/child marriages.  Those were Bible approved until some sanctimonious twit changed the rules.

Christian morality is not really based on the Bible, it's based on a conservative view of social norms. The Bible is just window dressing. That's why abolitionists and slavery advocates could both reach for the Bible. Similarly many Christian saints from the middle ages were women who convinced their new husbands to let them remain virgins, but conservative Christians claim it is impossible to rape your wife. And on and on. Christian morality changes with history, but the Bible remains the same.

Homosexuality was forbidden twenty years ago. In another ten years or so Christians will embrace it.

It's hilarious watching Southern Baptists claim they hate racism and slavery, when the SBC was literally formed  as a splinter sect from the regular Baptists because the latter was against slavery, and the SBC wanted to maintain the practice because of the Biblical passages supporting it. They literally believed that opposing slavery was against the Bible (and they had a point).
