RE: limericks!
There once was a Franciscan monk.
Who went to sleep on a bunk.
He dreamt that Venus was sucking his elbow.
And woke up covered in perspiration.
Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful. — Edward Gibbon

See, men?

And no takers for my equation limerick?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Hold up.
Twenty plus twelve plus one forty-four
Plus three times the square root of four
Divided by seven
Plus five times eleven
Equals nine squared plus zero

I may have fucked that up, because the last line doesn't rhyme.

Try:

A dozen, a gross and a score
Plus three times the square root of four
Divided by seven
Plus five times eleven
Is nine squared and not a bit more.

A preacher who said, “Gay is sin”
Was caught being naughty with men
He said “I’m straight now,
‘Cause God showed me how.”
Yeah, straight as he ever has been.

Ted Haggard created a shock
So his churchgoers said, “Take a walk.”
But he said that by livin’
In Christ he’s forgiven
For the sin of misusing his………flock.
