earlier in the day i witnessed a strange sight in my yard and discovered that it was snow that was falling on one side of my yard and not snowing on the other side in a straight line and i noticed after staring at it for some time that not 1 flake passed across the line that went straight down my yard and continued down my neighbors yard , so that scared me because it wasnt natural or made sense since there was not complete absence of moving air and so flakes of snow should have randomly passed over the line though did not , so that observation was more alarming than the line itself . so i was really scared and believed for several hours that it was some kind of man made disaster but then later i became convinced it was God because i started having new thoughts that i didnt recognize and inspiration that i recognized as very different than my own thoughts and a feeling of certainty that it was from God although i didnt consider the possibility that it was from God the came into my mind and i just had a feeling of being very sure without a doubt without considering it . if that makes sense lol and no i wasnt smoking anything when this happened .

Thanks Jenny. Got some questions but don't answer if you don't want to. How old were you when this occurred? Have you experienced any other events that you would consider similar?

As to the straight line snow: Was this during the day? If yes, had the sun been shining prior to the snow falling? If yes, was there a reflective surface on the side of the yard(s) where the snow was not accumulating? Where I'm going is, could the ground been warmer on the side with no snow and the snow was just melting? I have that happen where the sun has reflected off out fence, heated the ground, and then snowed after.

i was 33 years old and no i had not experienced anything similar before then or since then although since then i have experienced new inspiration that i recognized as not being my own thoughts but as far as seeing a strange thing happen physically no that was the only time . yes the straight line snow happened during the day and it was very sunny outside and really warm for february no doubt because it was sunny out . my attention was not really focused on the ground but on the straight line before me . i dont know if the ground was warmer on the side but it seems strange that one side of the line would be so much warmer than the other side , it was not near a fence but in the middle of my yard and extended past my yard into my neighbors yard and i could not see past her house to my right my neighbor did not have any snow at all in her yard and did not see any snow on right side to my left was heavy snowfall on the left side of the line everywhere that i could see and not one snowflake fluttered past the line which just did not seem at all natural to me if it had just been a gradual stopping of snow i wouldve thought that was cool but not shocking .

i believe in God but do not believe in religion . I had a very convincing experience about 9 years ago and since then have had a continuous relationship with God . I was raised by athiests and never had much respect for religion and even less now that i believe in God . I enjoy debating on a variety of different topics so i just wanted to say hi

"Atheist" is the combination of the prefix "a-" (meaning "not" in this case) with the word "theist."  If the word "theist" were spelled differently, then the word "atheist" would likewise be spelled differently.

Also, the "i before e except after c" rule has many exceptions:

You do know that there is always an edge to where it is snowing, as otherwise it would have to be snowing all around the world everywhere at the same time?
