Perhaps the person that first notices the trolly-spamminess should also post "reported" underneath the spammer to signal to other members that it has already been brought to the staff's attention, as a courtesy, and to reduce staff work load.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

That's actually not a big deal, duplicate reports on the same post(s) don't generate more work, what does is the same person reporting multiple different posts. That being said, we don't mind the reports, but there is a point where diminishing returns kicks in and the extra load is just a pain in the ass.
