I'm imaging the GIF is saying "Felch".

Not sure how much that will help that selection get selected . . .
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Lol, it's just vorlon being gross. It seems you are innocent to the meaning of the word "Felch." I would suggest you make sure you never know the meaning of that word.
